This is an example of a Custom Module being used for moving and delivery proceedures.

We require a third-party moving coordinator to be present for all move ins and move outs. The Board voted to amend the moving policy since moves were taking too much of the onsite tech's time. It also allows for moves to now also be scheduled on Saturday’s. In addition, the Board believes it benefits the Community since they do pre/post move inspections, pad the elevators, protect the floors, and watch the doors during the move to help hinder unauthorized access during moves.
